Our coaching approach is based on the fact that all individuals are unique. Therefore, at Advise Tree, we have integrated psychometric testing in our coaching programmes. We have chosen Lumina Spark because it differs from the big 5 models.

The Lumina Spark methodology avoids the bias inherent in many other popular psychometrics by measuring independently 72 personality qualities and embracing paradox: we can embody seemingly opposite personality traits at the same time. Nothing in life or at work is straightforward and human nature certainly isn’t. For example, we can be both extraverted and introverted in different contexts. As stated by Carl Jung “There is no such thing as a pure extravert or introvert. Such a man would be in the lunatic asylum”.
