Our Executive and Leadership programme is based on the Lumina model.

The programme helps you to build your leadership capability through the identification of your leadership strengths and recognise opportunities for development to further your effectiveness as a leader. It will make you better understand your leadership style and how to use this in a way that is beneficial to your engagement with different clients.

Finally, you will learn strategies to immediately connect and build rapport with staff and stakeholders.

We use the 4 domains of leadership: Leading through People, Leading to Deliver, Leading with Vision and Leading with Drive.
