STEPHANIE D’EAU

founder

Stephanie started her career in recruitment working for an agency covering the Benelux, France and Switzerland. She then went in-house as a Resourcing Business Partner and has a proven track record recruiting for major Tier 1 banks such as Barclays, Citigroup and BNP Paribas amongst others. She has recruited at all levels across Front, Back office and Functions.

She was educated in the UK and holds a degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Marketing Management.

She speaks fluent French and English and is actively learning Dutch.

BENICIA JEULIN

Founder

Benicia is a seasoned recruiter who has headhunted and placed senior leaders at the likes of HSBC, JP Morgan, Bouygues Construction and VINCI. Her experience spans across industries and functions globally.

After graduating from a top French Business School in 2011, Benicia moved to London and has been residing here since. She has built a strong network in the UK whilst also maintaining her French connections and developing relationships across the wider EMEA and North America.

She speaks fluent French and English and conversational Spanish.

Stephanie and Benicia are both qualified transformational coaches and psychometric testing practitioners.
